What It Proves
Vegan Action staff has reviewed product formulation and supplier statements confirming no animal-derived ingredients are used in the product or its testing. Logo licensable upon approval.
What It Does Not Prove
Does NOT require on-site facility audit. Does NOT certify the product is healthy, allergen-free, organic, or kosher. Does NOT prevent cross-contamination from non-vegan products on shared equipment unless cleaning protocols are explicitly documented. Multiple distinct vegan-certification programs exist (V-Label by Vegan Society, Vegan Trademark, Plant Based Foods Association) — these are not interchangeable.
