Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 17, 2026

Overview

Inventory Ready (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website at inventoryready.com. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

We do not require user accounts. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it with advertising networks for cross-context or third-party advertising.

Information We Collect

Contact and RFQ Form Submissions

When you submit our Start a Conversation or RFQ form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, message, and any optional project details you include (such as product type, volume, or timeline). We deliver your submission to our team by email and store it in our secure submissions database. We also record the submitting IP address and browser type for security, fraud prevention, and audit purposes.

Newsletter Signup

When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and, if you choose to answer it, an optional response to how you found us. Signup uses double opt-in: we email you a confirmation link and add you only after you confirm. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter.

Interactive Tools

Our Manufacturer Readiness Assessment and other interactive tools store your answers temporarily in your browser's session storage. This data never leaves your device, is not sent to our servers, and is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab.

Automatically Collected Information

Our web hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you visit. This data is used for security monitoring and basic site performance analysis.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry and route your requirements to relevant manufacturers or service providers
  • To contact you about manufacturers and services relevant to your request
  • To operate, secure, analyze, and improve our services, including using aggregated or de-identified information that is not reasonably linkable to you or your company
  • To protect the security and integrity of our website

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Vercel: website hosting, server logs, and aggregate first-party analytics on hosted deployments
  • Supabase: secure database hosting for your form submissions
  • Google Analytics: site usage analytics, loaded only if you accept analytics cookies
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: bot detection on our forms. Turnstile may collect browser signals to distinguish humans from automated traffic. No cookies are set by Turnstile in its managed mode.
  • Resend: email delivery for form submissions

These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it with advertising networks for cross-context or third-party advertising. We share your inquiry with manufacturers or service providers only to respond to or fulfill your request. Manufacturers may pay us for directory listings, sponsorships, or introductions; this never changes how we assess them (see How We Get Paid).

Data Retention

Email delivery of your submission is handled by Resend, a US-based email delivery service, which processes the data solely to deliver the message and is subject to its own privacy policy. Your submission is also stored in our secure database, as described above.

We retain identifiable submissions for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and generally no longer than 36 months after our last interaction with you, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. IP addresses and browser details kept in security logs are retained for up to 24 months. We may keep aggregated or de-identified information that is not reasonably linkable to you or your company for longer. To request deletion of your submission, contact us using the information below.

Analytics

By default we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which are cookieless and first-party. We also record anonymous custom events (for example, which guides and tools are used, when a form is viewed or submitted, and whether a visit arrived from an AI answer engine) to understand how visitors navigate the site. These contain no personally identifiable information and are not used for advertising or to identify individual visitors.

Google Analytics loads only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to Google. If you accept, Google Analytics uses cookies for fuller reporting. You can change your choice by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

Inventory Ready does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals. Google, as our analytics provider, may collect information about your activity over time across different websites as described in its own privacy policy.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you, including the email record and database entry for your inquiry.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

June 17, 2026: clarified how form submissions are stored and used, updated third-party service disclosures, added a Do Not Track statement, and set data-retention periods.
