Terms of Service

Effective date: March 12, 2026

“Assessed” vs. “Verified”

Throughout this site, we use the word “assessed” to describe our evaluation of manufacturers. This is a deliberate choice. “Assessed” means we have applied our published methodology to publicly available information. It does not mean we have verified, audited, certified, or guaranteed any manufacturer's operations, products, or compliance status.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Inventory Ready website at inventoryready.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

2. Service Description

Inventory Ready is an independent directory and educational resource for evaluating dietary supplement contract manufacturers. We provide assessments based on publicly available information using a published methodology.

Inventory Ready is not a certification body, auditing firm, or regulatory authority. Our directory is an educational tool. It does not replace your own due diligence, professional advice, or direct engagement with manufacturers.

3. Assessment Disclaimers

Our manufacturer assessments are subject to the following limitations:

  • Assessments are based on publicly available information and manufacturer-provided documentation. We do not conduct on-site inspections or audits.
  • Assessments are not certifications. The word "assessed" does not imply verification, endorsement, or guarantee of any kind.
  • Assessments reflect information available at the time of review. Manufacturing operations, certifications, and compliance status can change.
  • Assessments have stated limitations. Each listing includes a section describing what we could not assess or verify.
  • Assessments do not constitute a warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with any law or regulation.

4. Use of Information

Information on this Site is provided for educational and informational purposes. You should not rely solely on our assessments when making business decisions about manufacturers. We strongly recommend that you:

  • Conduct your own independent due diligence
  • Request documentation directly from manufacturers
  • Consult with qualified legal, regulatory, and industry professionals
  • Visit manufacturing facilities before entering into agreements

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

INVENTORY READY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVENTORY READY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
