Overview
Kaneka Nutrients is the US subsidiary of Kaneka Corporation (Osaka, Japan) and the only manufacturer of CoQ10 ingredients in the United States. Operating from a 47-acre manufacturing facility in Pasadena, Texas since 1984, the company produces Kaneka Ubiquinol (the active, reduced form of CoQ10) and Kaneka Q10 (oxidized form) via a proprietary yeast fermentation process. Kaneka Ubiquinol is used in over 200 supplement brands globally and is backed by 85+ published human clinical studies. The Pasadena facility operates 24/7. Kaneka Corporation holds patents on the ubiquinol production process and has successfully enforced them in US courts.
