Overview
Prinova Global is a US-based food and nutritional ingredient distributor headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Nagase & Co., Ltd. (Japan, founded 1832) since the 2019 acquisition. Prinova distributes a broad portfolio of ingredients to dietary supplement manufacturers, including vitamins, amino acids, sweeteners, acidulants, preservatives, and plant proteins (soy, pea, rice). In 2025, Masaya Ikemoto was appointed President and CEO. Prinova continued expanding globally, acquiring Brazilian distributor Aplinova (following the 2023 Flavor Tec acquisition). Prinova operates from 30+ locations across the US.
